Virtual Postpartum Doula $275
Audio, video and text communication to support clients at a distance and help with troubleshooting, working through certain challenges or preparing for various milestones for 6 weeks.
Postpartum Plan Creation $35
Together we will discuss your vison as well as options for postpartum. We prepare a postpartum plan for you by thinking about your healing and recovery. This session is a 1 hr.
Postpartum Preparation $75
Together we prepare your space, discuss a postpartum plan and prepare your support person for your recovery period. Educational information is provided to support healing. This session is 2 hrs.
Postpartum Overnight Hourly
$25
Mothers cannot give from a depleted source. Every mother needs emotional, mental, physical and spiritual validation, nourishment and support. When a mother is respected and well cared for, she, and her whole family, will benefit. By the hour, we help you replenish and provide support. Minimum of 3 hours.
